2017-2018 Bell Schedule (DOCX)

Drop Off and Pick Up

Parents who drive their students to school should enter the campus on Moon at the "Parent Pick-up/Drop-off entrance that is located at the southern most border of the campus. Students can then be picked up/dropped off on the South side of the school (basketball courts) or or on the West side of campus. Parents should continue following the road until exiting the campus on Comanche.

Parents are not to drive into the North or East parking lots to drop-off or pick-up their child as this creates traffic jams and safety hazards.

  2. Click “I am a parent” or “I am a student” in the first pink box indicating - {Step 1} I have never logged in and I need an activation key.
  3. You will then fill out the required information. Note you will need your child’s student ID # and the birthday field is formatted (YYYY-MM-DD)
  4. Click “Get Your ParentVue Activation Key”. You will receive an email with the key and instructions for completing the process.

*If you have already completed this process for a sibling that is attending another APS school then you should already be setup for all of your children.

*If the registration card was properly updated at the time of registration and the student information has been updated in the system, then this will work. There has been some glitches in the process and these are being addressed by APS SIS.
